Over the past several days unauthorized email messages (SPAM) have been flooding the Internet appearing to be promoting our Company and stock. These emails were not authorized or sent by our Company or by any third party contracted by our Company. These unfortunate events have been reported to the Chief of the Office of Internet Enforcement at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). We are currently soliciting the assistance of an independent Internet security specialist to investigate this matter on our behalf.
If you have been a victim of this attack, please be assured that we do not have your email address on any email list or database containing your address in our possession and have no means by which to contact you. Therefore, please do not waste your time and energy in contacting our office to report this to us or file a complaint with us. Also be assured that we are doing everything in our power to stop this as soon as possible.
